Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold by gettechnical, inc. within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return policies vary by product.  *Please contact us for return and refund information regarding your specific order*.

Refund Policy

Refunds may take up to several weeks. This includes the time that it takes for us to receive and process the returned item. In many cases, you will receive your refund much more quickly. You will be notified via e-mail once a refund has been processed. Downloads are not refundable

Shipping and Delivery

Most of our manuals are shipped via UPS Ground anywhere in the United States. We do not charge a separate shipping fee; shipping and handling costs are included in the price of the manual. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us before you place your order. You may also refer to the UPS Ground Map to determine shipping times to your area.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order any time before it has shipped, usually within 1 - 2 days. Downloads cannot be cancelled.
